Rusty Pile
Rusty is the visionary of avenue 25. Taking a very hands-on leadership approach, Rusty is personally involved with many clients. Kids' basketball coach, dad, and outdoorsman are his other titles.

Kelly Pile
Vice President &
Director of Operations

Wearing many hats, Kelly oversees company finances and personnel. She is the excecutive director of a local medical group and manages to find time to stay in shape as an aerobics instructor.

Rob Tinsman
Senior Art Director

Rob ensures clients receive the best creative product possible. A master of the barbecue grill, Rob has 20 years of service in the Army National Guard - as a cook!

Interactive Web Director

Will focuses on helping businesses create a successful online presence. Will has traveled to over 18 countries and is an avid tennis and racquetball player.

Pete Damico
Multimedia & Web Manager

Pete has put his creative touch on hundreds of sites. An expert at search engine optimization, Pete can design your site so that customers can find it. Pete loves playing and coaching youth basketball in his spare time.

Michelle is a marketing pro. She manages many of our advertising and sales programs and coordinates market research for various clients.

Noreen administers special programs and is the official voice of the studio. She is the first smiling face you’ll see when you visit us. Noreen is also a Yoga instructor and proud Grandmother.
